For these installation works, it is necessary to develop a PPR PS (PPRK), which will include flow charts (graphic part of the project), which will show how many sites are required for installing a truck crane and how many mounting points a truck crane can mount from each parking lot.
Also, in the process of developing a project, the designer will select the optimal truck crane that will cope with this work and minimize the number of parking lots. In the zone of each parking lot of the truck crane, a place for storing equipment for installation will be determined.
It should be especially noted that if there is an underground parking in the area of the truck crane installations, the help of surveyors will be required to display the points of the location of the supporting columns of the parking during the design. The project will determine the need to strengthen the parking floor with the help of screw jacks in places that will fall into the installation zone of the truck crane supports, if there are no support columns in this area.
A truck crane with a transport weight of up to 50 tons can pass over the underground parking, since the overlap of any parking lot is designed for a fire engine with this weight to drive on it. The maximum truck crane with such a transport weight is 100 tons LIEBHERR LTM 1100-4.1 (4.2), or a similar truck crane with 4 axles.
