The prefabricated tennis court hangar has dimensions of 50 by 60 meters. The LIEBHERR LTM 1130-5.1 truck crane assembles trusses and a metal structure at a great distance. The HANSIN HS 450 A aerial platform brings installers up to the height, which fasten parts to bolted connections. All commands are carried out via walkie-talkies on one channel.

The complex is unique in several ways. The main arena with 7120 seats can host tournaments in various sports. The stands with comfortable, soft armchairs are located in such a way that from any place in the hall the viewer experiences the effect of being on the site. The site itself occupies 1300 square meters.
The sports complex on Krestovsky Island is an excellent venue for basketball matches. It also hosts Euroleague handball games and the World Martial Arts Games. All conditions have been created for athletes, spectators and journalists in the complex: in addition to the main arena, there are two training grounds, 8 changing rooms, a gym with professional equipment, a rehabilitation center with a swimming pool and a spa area, a hotel, a press center, and buffets. SIBUR ARENA is also intended for competitions for people with disabilities, for whose comfortable stay a lot has been done.
